U.S. Log & Timber is ready to provide you with the home of your dreams. Our packages vary based on your individual needs, but it is our goal to make the buying process as seamless as possible. This portion of our "Package Guide" is meant to be informative. Once you are ready to make a purchase, a U.S. Log & Timber representative will walk you through all of the different material options. These options are extensive and will impact the cost of your log home, so it is better to discuss these in person.
U.S. Log & Timber has three package options:
1. Full timber package: all of the log components for the house as drawn
2. Dry in package: (the same as #1 but with all the components (doors, windows, etc) needed to make the house weathertight
3. Full home package: this is the most complete package and will be spelled out and priced once the floor plans are drawn.
Although you see three packages above each one of them can have various changes and subcategories added or deleted from them. For example: will your package have solid interior walls or framed interior walls? Will you have heavy timber trusses and purlins for your roof or standard framed trusses? The list can go on and on.
Our goal is to supply you with the best package possible that works with your budget and gives you the greatest advantages in working with U.S. Log & Timber. It is our way of doing all we can to give you the most house for the lowest cost!
